Dunham, • All seven members were VanBellinger, and Haglund. The minutes of March 3U, 1972. were: read. 'Mr. Leonard Bentson gave his opinion that:. the proposed road is actually a private driveway--the awners haven ntenancy in common'. Legal. description is 330' of N. 1320' of the SW ~ of Sec. 7 T 114 N. R 20 W. Brandes moved to apprnve easement, providing there is anon-platting wording in the deed, and ,"tenants i.n commonN is included. : VanBellinger sec®nded the motion. Mahon carried. 2. Mr. Bentson requested permission to move what he c®nsiders the bent building at Weichselbaum's to Antlers Park: before the Fire Department burns them in the near future. Motion.. by Lau, seconded by Stanley, to approve the moving of one building by Mr," Bentson,:.hischoice, provided the $;§0.00 moving fee is: charged and a twQ-year use limitation is .included. Motion carried.'; 3. Public hearing was held to consider the application of Dakota Land & Development Inc. on final plat of Dakota Heights 2nd Add. ;Motion to approve plat was made by Stanley,'seconded by<Haglund,;subject tc~ correcting the_apparent`notary expiration `date. Motion carried. 4~. Publi~.:..:hearing was held to consider .the application of Hill pil Company`forspecial use permit to install undergroundgasaline storage.,... ..tanks on Loth` Bever C7},' ~i.ght (8) line (9), and Ten (l0),' Block Six (6), Village of Lakeville. Motion by Stanley, seconded by Brand~as, to grant the permit. Motion carried. 5. Public hearing to consider the. application of Vern Ibnnay Realty, Inc. was held, `for .variance of side lot requirement on Lets ? & 9 Block 1, and Lots 1, 3, 33, Block 2, Valley Park 7th_Addition. Motion by Van Bellinger. seconded by Brandes to approve the requested permit. Motion carried. 6. Charles M. Friedheim Co. representatives appeared for a permit to build a. ..maintenance building. Building will have dimensions l32' by 7y,~, with 18~ at peak :elevation. Motion by Brander to approve.. plan, seconded by Stanley. Motion carried. 7. There was a discussion;by`the Commission'on''the advantages of having the services of a Planer. Motion made 'by Stanley, seconded by Brander, that'the Village Council consider the Commission's`requ®st to have a Planerts services on a retainer basis. Motion ~~°ried. 8. Motion made by VanBellinger, seconded by Stanley, to adjourn the meeting at 10:25 P.M. Motion carried. - Respectfully, ~ ~
