'4`he minutes of the May Zlth meeting were read. Motion to approve

Valley Park 3rd Ads.,, Sec.: 3, T 114, ' R 2&?. i~9x. Paul Oxley, resident
of Valley Park, wanted to know what affect re-zoning would have on Pray
area for children. ~r.'Liptak assured hian that sgace would be ample.
Motion waswade to grant this application by Stanley, ascended by Hrandes.
Lotion was carried.
Public hearing was held to consider the application of Eionnay Realty: to
re-gone from ~-B to t2-~G .land described as put~.ot 8, Valley Park let
Add. , Sec. ' 3, T' 314, R 2t}; Outlot CY ; Valley Park let Add,.', Sao,; T 1.14,
R 20. Stan~.ey made the motion to,table this matter until attorney's
opinion be ebtaned, as homes are already bui~.t on thin I,atad that is
zoned commercial. Haglund seconded'the motion.' A~otionwas carries.

Brander made the motion to approve this application. Antolik seconded
the motion.< Motion was carried.'

the motion 'to approve and YanBellinger secoxad8~. Haglund voted ~nayti.
Mohan was carried.

12. Mr Robert Clark and i~r. Gail Davis appeared with drawings for a Land
development to be know as ~Tildwood Ponds on Hwy. ~b4.
1,• Mr. and Mrs. Louis Szabo and Mr. Gene Jacobsen requested information
at~ut driveways 'a.nd planning for ten lots located close to Forest
Hills ®n l~~th Street.
Mr. Robert Laddusaw reappeared before file Planning Commission. He .felt
it would be better for hisn dansidering time ~:lement, if the Gemmission
would-'deny his application far approval to his plan for to Addition,
rather than table it. iiaglund ssaad~ the mot~.nn to deny approval of <this
proposed develogrnent at I7akata ,A,ddition-..on the basis there .had not been
an approval by the Water and Sewer. Commission, or study, as they ha:d
asked in a letter the Planning Commission had received,' dated March 3~0
2972•' Stanley`ssconded the motion to deny. Motion was carried.
15• Stanley moved that the Lakeville. Council be asi~ed to write AirlaKe a
letter asking them to plat those land areas which they expect to
develop in thenear future.' Haglund seconded the motion. Motion was
carried.
