Meetfng was called to order by Lau at 8:4t3 P.M. Members present were Iaglund, YanBellin-
gar, Antolik, Lau, Stanie~r, Brander, and Dunham.
• M~.nutes of the meeting held June 8th were read. Moticzn to approve the minutes by VanBe11-
ix~ger, seconded by $aglund, Motion was carried.
11 Mr. t~ii3.13.am F. T. Buse, applicant for a public hearing, appl3.ed for variances to
side and from yard setbacks. This is on prchard Lake. Lots are legally described:
Lot.8 and N~ of of Lot q, both Block 4, Iayndale Lakes .Club 4th Add., Sec. ll,
T114, R21. The proposed gara$s wild. be .feet from. Mr. Gordon Gxussendorf ~ ~ (see
Item No. 2} line and 10 feet from the road which runs on the south shore of Orchard
Lake. Stanley made the motion to approve, based on Paragraph No. 4.13 for front
setbacks. YanBellinger sec:ondec the notion. Motion was carried.
2. Mr. Gordon C Gruissenc~orf, applicant for public hearing, appSied for variances to
side and front yard setback on land at Qrchard Lake legally described as Lots b ~
7, Block 4, L~rndale Lakes Club, lst Add. , all 3rz Sec. 11, T114, R2J.W. The proposed
garage (121 x 2{3 will be ~ feet from Mr. t~.3.lism Buschz s line. and 10 feet from
the road which runs on the south shore of {3rchard Lak®. (See Item ~to.:l}. Antolik
made the motion to approve variances, based on Paragraph No. 4.13 for front set-
backs. YanBel?.inger seconded the motion. Motion was carr3.ed.
3. Miss Betty and Mr. Joseph WeichselbAum were the applicants at a poblic hearing on
a final plat of land at Lake Marion legally described as a'that part of Government
Lot 3, in Section 30, Tll4, N., R?AW of the ,nth Principal ..Meridian, which lies
northerly off' the centerline of County State. Aid Highway 64 and easterly of a line
123.2$ feet easterly from and parallel with the easterly line of said Government
Lot. 3, excepting therefrom the easterly 118.13 feet; ewntaining $.,5 acres more or
. less. a Haglund made the zzzotion to approve .the final plat. Second by YanBell.inger.
Motion was carried.
4. Mr. Jerry Bnggrea ap with plans for re-modeling the store front of &Zg~ren's
Clothing Store. 3n Lakevll®. Stanley made the motion to approve plans. Hag3.und
Seconded. Motion was carried.

approve the re-zon3.ng froze B-~ to R-1C. Second was by Stanley.. Motion was carr3.ed.
6. Mr. Frank Liptak appeared as representative of .Yarn Donnay Realty, Inc., to continue
public hearing of May 2,~th to `re-zone Eh~tlot B, and t)utlot C Ya12ey Park 1st Add.,
Sec. 3, T114, R2t3, from ,S-H to R-3C. Stanley. made the motion to give approval,
based on a utilisat3.on of a planned unit development, with the consent of Mr. Liptak:

8. Mr. Richard Rahn, appsl.3.cant, was heard at public: heaa~ng to re-zone from R-1C to

The present plea iS for. 17 single-family lots, (single-family lots will adjoin now

with neighbors followed-.,most questions were about water. problem. Stanley made
the motion to approve re..zoning from R-1C to R-3c with one presented unit concept.
.Brander seconded the motion. Mr. Tom Wakely was the representative for Wakely
Investmeant Cb. Lotion was carried,
l0. Mr. fihomas Sweeney, attorney for Thsta~tat Homes, told of changes they deem desireable
i.n Lakeville 'V~llage Ordinata,ce for the establishment of mobile home parks. They
concurred with the thoughts of Stanley, who had beet .reading this ord3.n.aaa

11. Mr. Richard Todd. appeared with final,. site plan and building..plan. These changes
wer® suggested ~ Mr, Toddy the utility room boated under the front stoop. should
be .larger. and winda~.ventilat~i; firewalls are needed bet~teen sections;of building,
plus build a cxmtinuour roof; reaamaea~d possitility of separating. laundry and heating
units. Stanley made the motion to approve plains with these suggestions, also it
should conform tc> uniform building code and be subject to building inspector's
approval. Antolik seconded the motion. Nation was carried. Property is on 24,~th SEt.

the starting and quitting time of Northwertern Bitt~inous. Haglund seconded the
motion. Motion was carried.
