JULY 13. 1972
The meeting was ea3leci to order by Stanley at 8, P.M. Presents &aglund,
VanBelTitsger, Antolik, 5tan].ey, Brander, and Dunham. Absents Lau.
Motion by Brander seconded by Haglund to accept the minutes of the dune
29th meeting.: as read. Motion carried.:
1- Public hearing to consider placing and keeping of a amobile home by Mac.
Gene A. Trager, to be located mile west of Hwy. ,SE) on Orchard Trail..
Mr. Trager pa~esented a paper rigned by Mr. Bohn B. Dieffer~bach, the
only clots neighbor, stating hit approval. .:Plans are for the older

mays on this property. Motion to grant the application with 18 months.

2_ Mr. Tim Hasg was the applicant at a public hearing for variance to
subdivision and ordinance as to lot rise on land at Orchard Lake
legally described as "Lot 3, 4th Addition of Mirusesota Orchard Gardens",
2.8 arxes is the ansount of land contained in Lot 3. Pz,oporal is for
1.4 acre in each lot. There is a prab3em of several roads rxisrcrossing
thin property,. plus still one other forna,er road bed. .Motion to table
..decision until July 27th war made by Antolik, Brander seconding. Motion
was carried.
• 3- Mrs. Peg Byrd, wido~t, who was denied an application to place and keep ~
mobile home on her property at Orchard Lake, appeared before the Commisrion.
A public hearing her now been yet for her applieat3.cn to build and construct
a pre-fob Waurau Home on thin property on Judicial. Read, north shore of .
prchard Lake, for July 27th. Mrs. Byrd would Iike some assurance at this
time in order to make necersary commitments. Unanimous approval, was given.

Antolik made the motion to approve, subject to the other Comm3.ssion~s apprn-
val. Haglund seconded the motion.. Motion was carried.
Mr. Richard Rahn appeared, also his neighbor, Mr. Ray Tabaka, in the matter
of the tabled re-coning of his 3 acres on Ipava Avenue. Mr. Tabaka has no
ob~ectionas. VanBellinger made the >aotion to grant re-coning. Motion died
for lack of a re+~nd. Motion to deny this request because of the spot-
asoning situation was made by Brander, seconded by Antolik. "Ayer"s Haglund,
Antolik, Stanley, Brander, and Dunham.. pNay"s VanBellinger. Motion was
carried.
6- Mr. and Mrs..Mas, T. Busch appeared. Their application, and Mr. G. C.
Grurr®ndorfR~ application, to construct garages at Orchard Lake .had been.
returned to the Commission for recxrnsderation because of a dangerous
safetq haaard, with the suggestion that the garages be turned so that a
driver backing froaa the garage onto the road would have more opportunity
to see onc~3ng traffic. Mr. Busch showed where this solut3sn would place
the garage on top of his cesspool--there is also a ties involved. Motion
was made to table this matter until the next meeting, July 27th, in order
for Planning tbm>rd.ssioners to have an opportunity to viex situation for
