THURSDAY, DECEMBER 28, 1972
Muting was called to order, 7:55 P.M., by Chairman Lau. Dunham,
Lutgens, Brandes, Lau, Antolik, Haglund answered roll--VanBellinger absent.
Motion to approve the minutes of the December 14th meeting was made
by Antolik, 2nd. by Dunham, motion carried.
1. Motion to approve building permit far ITT building at Airlake Industrial
Park was made by Brandes, 2nd by Antolik, motion carried.

2. Motion to approve preliminary plans forta Homes'(Mr. Dick McDonald
and Mr. Donald Carlson) model home was made by Brandes, 2nd by Lutgens.
This building will be located at Keokuk Av and #70. It will only be
used as a sales office. Motion carried.
3. Public hearing for final hearing on Dakota Heights 4th Addition plat (Bob
Laddesaw) was held. Description is: "that part of the SEA of Sec 7, T 114N,
R 20W, beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Dakota Heights 3rd Addition."
Haglund made the motion to approve the final plat of Dakota Heights 4th
Addition. 2nd was by Antolik, motion carried.
Items No. 4 through No. 28 are all public hearings fbr placing and
keeping mobile homes--two-year time period unless otherwise noted.
4. Applicant James H. Klehn, mobile home on Lot 9, Antlers Park Addition,
200th and Italy Av, asked for a one-year time period. Haglund motioned
to approve, Brandes 2nd,. motion carried.
5. Richard Kalweit, applicant, mobile hone at 200th St W and Cedar. Brandes
motioned to approve, Dunham 2nd, motion carried.
6. Archie Jenkins, applicant, mobile home at Marion Heights, south side of
lake Marion. Antolik moved to grant permit for one year, 2nd by Lutgens,
motion carried.
7. Karl Foote, applicant, for mobile home located on east side of Orchard
Lake. Motion to deny this application was made by Haglund, Mr. Foote
lives out-of-state, rents his Lake home, and lives in the trailer one
week-end each month (average). Brandes 2nd motion to deny. Motion
carried. Lau abstained from voting.
8. Motion to approve application of Mr. Nels H. Engstrom was made by Brandes,
2nd by Dunham, motion carried. Mobile home is at 20565 Holt Av.
9. Motion to approve the application of Mr. Vernon Pauly was made by Lutgens
2nd Maglund, motion carried. Home is located on 215th St, z mile W of Dodd.
10. Motion to approve LeRoy Fowler application was made by Brandes, 2nd by
• Dunham, motion carried. Home is at 20545 Hollins Avenue.
11. Antolik made the motion to approve the application of Mr. Jerry Miller,
2nd by Lutgens--time period is one year. Motion carried. (Mr. Miller
wishes permit only for period pending sale of his house.)

12. Motion to approve application of Donald K. Anderson was made by Antolik. 2nd was
• by Brandes. However, if Mr. Anderson's house is completed before the two-year
time period, the mobile home is to be removed. Motion carried.
13. Motion to approve application of Mrs. E11en Bunnell was made by Haglund, 2nd by
Dunham, motion carried. Home is located on Ipava Avenue.
14. Motion to approve Robert C. Fehler application was-made by Brandes, 2nd by Antolik,
motion carried. Nome is .located on Henry Fehler farm on County Road 46.
15. Motion to approve Orin Plath application. was made by Brandes, 2nd by Dunham,
motion carried. Home is located a mile south of 215th St on Dodd Blvd.
16. Mation to approve Robert'Stani'ot~ application was mde by Antolik, 2nd by Haglund,
motion carried. Home is ~ mile south of 185th St on Hwy #50.
17. Motion to approve John Hack application was made by Antplik, 2nd Lutgens, motion
carried.. Name is at 215th 5t and Keokuk Av.
18. Motion to approve Leslie W. Ladewig application was made by Lutgens, 2nd Brandes,
motion carried. Home is located on the Chas. Wren farm.
19. Motion to approve Ron Hart application was made by Antolik, 2nd Dunham, motion
carried. .Home is located an the Oscar Ramberg farm.
20. Motion to deny Robert Steffenhagen application was made by Antolik, 2nd by Haglund.
Mobile home has .not been occupied, Mr. Steffenhagen lives elsewhere, although he
• is still renting and farming land which is known as the Gus Kraft farm at Crystal
Lake. Motion far denial was carried.
21. Jack Kugel mobile home has been re-moved.
22. Motion made by Brandes, 2nd by Lutgens, to approve application of Danny Churchill.
Motion carried. Home is located on the SEA of the SW~-„ Sec 17, 't 114, R 20.
23. Motion to approve Joe Sheridan application was made by Haglund, 2nd Antolik, motion
carried. Home is located on the Sheridan farm NW of Lakeville.
24. Commission tabled application of Mr. Bernard Schweich until January lith meeting.
25. Motion by Antolik, 2nd by Lutgens, to approve Martin D. Wester application--
. time period one-year. Mation carried.
26. Motion by Antolik, 2nd by Brandes, to approve Daniel Simones application, motion
carried. Home is located at 10451 ZlOth St W.
27. Motion to deny the application of John M. Raplinger was made by Haglund, 2nd by
Antolik. Motion carried. Mr. Raplinger does live on the property but has a
tenant in the mobile home. Mation carried to deny.
28. Commission tabled action on Walter King, Sr. application until its March 22nd
meeting.
Public hearing was held for a conditional use permit for God's Family Church, to
be located at Crystal Lake. .Motion to approve was made by Lau, 2nd Dunham, emotion
carried.
Motion to adjourn the meeting by Haglund; 2nd Antolik, motion carried.
