9-- Mr. Gene ~.eisinUer appeared for a decision on his building permit a~p1i-
eation for. his Yamaha business. on Cedar Av. a letter from Village Attorney
• Patrick A Farrell was read.. It-Stated "because tr.is property is zoned
residential., a ra-zoning would be required before he could' sxpend his
operations." Haglund made the motion to recommend building permit, subject
to approval of Village Attorney, in' connection with °°grandfathered" or
non-conforming use of normal expansion of existing business. iyiotion was
seconded by Brandes. Motion was carried.
lQ-- Mr. Gail Davis appeared. He .stated, that the t~ildwood Pond plaits have the
apAroval of the Park and Recreation Board. Mr. 'SCb Clark was' supposed
to have besn the recepient of a letter from Planner:I,ee Starr on this
matter.'-` ~Lr. Lau ~ril1 have a copy of this letter forwared to Mr Davis.
~vldwood Ponds is a 160-Acre tract of land on Hwy. between` Hwy, 35W
-and Judicial :~d. The plans call for 150 single residential units, I44
townhouses and 30 apartments. Mr. Davis was advisedthat a preliminary
hearing needs to be scheduled.
