Mr. 'SCb Clark was' supposed to have besn the recepient of a letter from Planner:I,ee Starr on this matter.'-` ~Lr. Lau ~ril1 have a copy of this letter forwared to Mr Davis. ~vldwood Ponds is a 160-Acre tract of land on Hwy. between` Hwy, 35W -and Judicial :~d. The plans call for 150 single residential units, I44 townhouses and 30 apartments.
