4. Public hearing on the application of Central Telephone Company
for rezoning a parcel of land from R-1C single family to
Planned Unit Development at the .southeast corner of County Road 58
and Pilot Knob Road for the purpose of building an administrative
building and maintenance distribution center building.

8. Public hearing on the application of L. M. Loken to rezone outlot
E in Oak Shores 6th Addition from B-4 commercial to R-3A multi-
family residential, located north of County Road. 46 and east of
Renrick Avenue.
9. Public hearing on the application of L. M. Loken for the preliminary
plat of Oak Shores. 7th Addition. (Formerly outlot E in Oak Shores
6th Addition.)
10. Public hearing on the application of Lake Villa folf Estates,
(Fortune Realty) for preliminary plat on parcel of property west
of I-35, south of 172nd St. and south & southeast of Rodiak Avenue
and 175th Street.
